Booking your stayOur room tariff from 1-April-07 is:
All rates are for full-board (breakfast, lunch and dinner) per person per night. Children under 2 years are free, and those aged 2 to 12 years receive a 50% reduction in normal rates when sharing with an adult. All meals, accommodation and use of Green Pastures facilities are included in this rate. Rooms which are not ensuite have wash hand-basins. Prices for special events may vary from those above, so please check with us before booking. Download our tariff and conditions document. Our public rooms can also be hired by churches and other groups for quiet days, meetings, etc. A charge of £10 per person (plus the cost of the room) is made, which covers morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea. In order to book your stay at Green Pastures, we suggest you contact us to make a provisional booking to ensure that we have suitable accommodation available for the dates you want. You can do this by phone, email or post:
Provisional bookings are only held for two weeks, so you will need to complete a booking form and send it with your deposit, otherwise your booking will be cancelled. The easiest way to do this is to complete our on-line booking form (and then send your deposit by post). Alternatively you can download our paper booking form (an Adobe Acrobat file). You can then print the blank form, complete it by hand and post it to us. Alternatively, you can complete the form electronically by typing your details into the form; then print it off, sign it, and send it to us. (You may want to print another copy for your records. Unfortunately, the Acrobat Reader does not allow you to save your completed form.) Booking notes You must book for a minimum of 2 nights, up to a maximum of 21 nights. Provisional bookings will be held for two weeks from the date of enquiry. The booking will then be cancelled unless the booking fee has been received. Please read our booking conditions before making a reservation. We can offer cancellation insurance at a small extra charge; please ask for details when you make your booking. Dietary requirements: We can cater for vegetarians and those who do not eat red meat, but cannot normally deal with any other special diet. We encourage guests to self-manage whenever possible and there is a small fridge on each floor to help with this. If you have other requirements, you must check with us well in advance of your stay; there may be a surcharge of £3 a day for any extra preparation time. Meals are prepared in a kitchen where nuts are used. Bursaries: Green Pastures has a small Bursary Fund. Applications for help toward the cost of your stay should be made to the Pastoral Director in writing, prior to your stay. Bursaries cannot be arranged after your arrival. More questions? |
